this set up is decent.. what do you all think about putting a 3rd placement on the original course , i believe certian courses in wisconsin have 3 .. we could really mix it up.. but as for pinplacements i was wondering if there were ways to sink the placements so the lawnmowers dont hit them..

I don't see that happening. There really isn't room for it on that course. Right now the process for putting in alternates on the west side is being done. I really have to be honest I have had nothing to do with that lately but I would like to help putting them in. The other problem with a third on the east would be, we would have to get new signs as well. I'm not saying it's a bad idea I just don't think that it will happen anytime soon.

The only problem with a third placement is there is only a couple of spots you can go on certain holes. Examples: # 17, #8, #9, etc. Some third placements would either cross fairways, be too close to other tees, or simply be too easy. Some holes do have options. Keep coming up with ideas that can improve the course, that's what it takes to keep things moving!

No sleeves yet or else they would be in. This is as of lastnight at about 8, unless something changed today then we don't have them yet.

We were thinking of moving the baskets on the East course tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct. 27) around 11 A.M. or so. So if anyone would like to help out with the move and then get a tag round in on them afterwords that would be great. Depending on how many people we have the move should take an hour or less and then we will be able to get those deuces one hole after another. Hope to see you all out there!!

Many thanks to the guys who helped install a third placement for #17 on the east course. We should get to try it out in a couple of weeks after we get the position tags for the tee signs.
We will be moving 7 or 8 baskets on each course to let the brush & walkways recover from a long winter of abuse.

We have moved some of the baskets on the east course because winter league is over & the brush needs time to recover from winter play.
Holes moved: #1, #2, #6, #7, #9, #10, #16, #17, #18. #17 has a new C position up in the woods.

We are still working on a permanent solution for marking pin locations on the tee signs on the east course. The other markers have been damaged by vandals. I have marked them temporarily just below the sign on the post with small red letters. Please be patient while we work on a remedy to the situation.
